My parents have pretty much provided a majority of the plants in our garden. But one of the most special plants was one the bought for Abby. It was a daylily called "Abigale My Love" (I forgive the person who named the plant and misspelled Abbys name...) It didn't bloom last year but it has finally bloomed this year and it is beautiful! It is pink with yellow in the center. Currently the plant is pretty short like Abby but the bloom is large and in charge which is fitting. Small but mighty!

The reason I like daylilies is because they don't need a lot of love and attention and they keep coming back on their own each year! Definitely my kind of plant =)
